The Master Bedroom features a king bed with a private bath - Large walk in stone shower with thermostatic valves and a large rain showerhead from the ceiling. The second bedroom features two twin beds and its own bath with large walk in shower as well.
The living area is open with high ceilings and good natural light. In addition to comfortable seating it has a convertible Queen sleeper sofa for an added sleeping area. The villa features a large 55' flat screen television in the living room, with additional 32' flat screen televisions in the bedrooms. High speed internet and HD television.
The perfect way to enjoy nature, the villa has a furnished screened porch and a separate sundeck. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The villa is surrounded by trees and offers a wonderful wooded environment. A perfect balance between being close to the golf course and minutes away from the beach.

The recent renovation shows throughout this immaculate villa. When we arrived it was spotless and well-appointed with high-end appliances. The is an exceptional option for Kiawah and East Beach in Turtle Point. I also found the owner to be extremely attentive and quick to respond if I had any questions. I would certainly rent this unit again without hesitation.
My husband and I have stayed with his Board at Kiawah a couple of times and I fell in love. So when the eclipse was looming, I found this place to house us and our two teens -- to stay in Kiawah and to see the eclipse in Charleston (turned out it was overcast in Charleston so we just drove north for the day). Anyway, I was not expecting such a modern, well-built, simply but beautifully decorated Villa on Kiawah, especially for the price! We stayed three nights, enjoyed the best beach I have ever had the pleasure to swim in, cooked in two nights, given the well-equipped and ready-to-go kitchen, and had dinner out at Jasmine Porch one night (very expensive but fabulous). Also watched sunset at the Ryder Cup Bar -- a must. Karen was available immediately by text and email for any questions we had, was very accommodating during the rental process. You have to go to Kiawah, and this is a perfect place to stay if you do!- Beth
We loved this villa!! It was comfortable and cozy and everything we were looking for. We had everything we needed, and more. The upgrades are done beautifully. We will definitely be staying here again.
This was our first trip to Kiawah and we could not have picked a better place. The owners were helpful and responsive. The villa was clean, spacious, well located and appointed, and perfect for our family of 4. The screened-in porch was a nice aspect as well. We had bikes delivered and it was a quick easy ride to the beach. It would probably be far to walk but with bikes it was a breeze. If we come back we will definitely stay here again!
Perfection! The photos, although great, do not do this wonderful home justice. It is clean, spacious, fully equipped, and modern. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also come together. The comfort level here was great in all respects, everyone also slept incredibly in their respective beds. Location was awesome too, walking distance to the beach and easy to get everywhere. It felt like a home away from home.
