'Beach Mystique' is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom beach cottage in the secluded and gated community of Cypress Dunes. Cypress Dunes is tucked in next to Topsail Hill State Preserve (one of the most pristine natural parks in all of Florida) and the beautiful beaches of South Walton county on Scenic Hwy 30-A. Our home has an open floor plan with soaring 15 foot ceilings and is perfect for family gatherings. The modern kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, wide-plank hard wood floors and the kitchen opens to the dining and living areas. The master suite has a super luxurious king bed, 32 inch Hi Definition Flat Screen TV with DVD. The second bedroom and third bedrooms are well appointed with queen size beds and a 20 inch flat screen TV with DVD.
'Beach Mystique' is very close to the Cypress Dunes Beach Club which offers a well equipped fitness center with 2 flat screen TV's, the gorgeous infinity-edge pool with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and Topsail Hill State Preserve, an outdoor jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor fireplace with seating area.
Tennis players bring your rackets, Cypress Dunes has 2 tennis courts on site at your disposal. Your stay at 'Beach Mystique' includes complimentary cable television with Showtime, Starz and free 'Wi-fi'.
Please don't forget to bring your bikes. Young and old will love the over 18 miles of paved bike trails along the scenic 30-A.
Golfers, we are very close to Santa Rosa Golf Club and Sandestin Resort Golf Clubs. Sandestin, the great shopping at the Silver Sands Outlets and the new Shops on Grand Boulevard are all just 5 minutes away. The area has multitudes of fine restaurants and boutiques located all along Scenic Hwy. 30-A.

House has many nice features and great value. Very convenient location to beaches, restaurants, pool. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Would stay here again and recommend this location.
My husband an I enjoyed our 2 months here escaping the snow at home! The home was clean and the owner very accommodating. We also loved the workout room - that was a great addition!
This is the second time we have rented this property for Thanksgiving week. Plenty of places to walk - gated community. Property is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Very quiet. Owner friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Recommend!

We have just loved our time here at your wonderful property and thoroughly enjoyed all of the surrounding amenities. Cypress Dunes is the nicest community we have stayed in during the numerous times we have come to Santa Rosa Beach. It has a lovely natural ambiance and the clubhouse, with fitness room and infinity pool, is the icing on the cake. The view from the pool deck is unparalleled and we were enchanted by a number of brilliant sunsets. Beach Mystique is a very comfortable and extremely livable accommodation. It has everything we wanted and needed to make our stay easy and pleasant, with a big highlight being the wonderful front verandah where we enjoyed many breakfasts, lunches and coffee times! (A little table between the two chairs would be a welcome asset!) We also appreciated the very well-appointed kitchen. Once again, many thanks for sharing Beach Mystique with us for the month of February, and for your attentive and friendly accessibility when we needed a little help with details.
