Description

Welcome to our fabulous villa in paradise. Our vacation rental villa offers an extremely high standard of luxury to make your holiday to Florida even more enjoyable.
 
The bedrooms are: Master Suite with a Queen bed and large walk-in Shower Room, a second Queen Master Suite Bedroom,  a Full sized Bedroom, and two Twin Bedrooms(4 beds), and a full bathroom. The Master Queen bedrooms, and the Full sized bedroom all have Cable TV as does the  one of the twin rooms.
 
The fully-equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Room has everything you require to make your stay easy and comfortable - even a teapot! The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer and there is space in the garage to hang clothes too. A cleaner can be arranged at extra cost to come in during your stay.
 
Split into a Formal Dining Area and Formal Lounge Sitting Area we believe our home is extremely relaxing, especially after a long day at one of the theme parks. The Games Area in the garage includes pool table,   table football, and an electronic dartboard. There is something to keep all interests happy.
 
Rates vary depending upon the season and special rates apply for holidays and special dates.
 
This Davenport villa has been self catered to for exclusive groups of guests from all across the globe.

Policy

Please add 12% for Florida Hotel taxes to total.

Payment: All payments must be made out into US Dollars.  Check or Credit card payments via Pay Pal (verified),  contact owner.     Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment.  Full payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival.  Bookings less than 45 days from time of arrival payment must be made at time of booking and must be paid through Pay Pal or Western Union.  All International travelers must use Pay Pal or Western union if bookings fall within 60 days of arrival.

Discounts applied for stays longer than 14 nights except during Low Season.

Holiday Season Bookings must be a Minimum of 7 nights.

Snow bird specials November thru March.

Arrival 4 PM  Departure 10 AM

Deposits: A deposit of $200 per week to reserve the villa must be received within 7 days of booking villa plus booking form. Deposit can be paid through the Web Store.

A security deposit of $250 must be submitted with final payment. The security deposit will be returned 14 days via mail after the villa has been inspected by the management company and an inventory has been completed and found to be in the same condition as when you arrived.

Cancellation: Cancellations Policy: Any cancellations of a booking by the client must be in writing and sent by certified mail and is subject to the following charges.

More than 45 days full refund minus deposit. 44 to 30 days 50% returned. Less than 30 days no refund.

Bookings less than 7 nights incur a $ 110 cleaning fee.

Optional pool heating of $ 25 per night booked.  Recommended October through May.
