Description

Lovely beach cottage with 5 minute walk to beach, six bedrooms. Located mid Cape, so you can enjoy all Cape Cod attractions from the National Seashore to Woods Hole in Falmouth. Cottage has one king size bed, two queen size, one double and four twin beds. We supply sheets, towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen has is nicely outfitted with dishes and a large table. A Weber grill for cooking out is in the back yard, which also includes a patio and table. The place is air conditioned and has a fenced-in yard. This is the perfect home for a multi-generational vacation. Come with the kids and grandchildren and enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer. Take a walk to Sunday School and enjoy their homemade ice cream or spend the day relaxing on one of the many beaches Dennis Port has to offer. Many restaurants in walking distance. Quality Mattresses.

About Sandra Woodbridge We are retired and live in the next town. We own the place with our son and his wife who live overseas. Son and wife speak Russian and German. You may e-mail them at russell.woodbridge@gmail.com Sandra Woodbridge purchased this House in 2016 Why Sandra Woodbridge chose Dennis Port We rented on Cape Cod for many years with our children. Those vacations are some of our fondest family memories. We eventually bought a house and retired here three years ago. We think this house which is close to the beach and sleeps 12 is the perfect family vacation home. We hope you have as many wonderful family memories as we have. What makes this House unique Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Mid Cape location for sight seeing.

Wonderful, just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms were great, nice firm mattresses ./ Central air conditioned on the first floor with window units on the second floor, the central air should be upstairs for next year. Kitchen is adequate but the table in the kitchen is great there were 7 of us and it handled the family quite well. Grounds are nice. We actually booked this for two weeks next year we liked it so
