Our end, ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Las Marinas area of Denia and is fully equipped for 6 people. We sugggest that the most practical maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. However you choose to spend your holiday, we are perfectly sited for hiking, diving, golf, touring, doing everything or absolutely nothing! Also, as we are situated within easy travelling distance of numerous popular towns, we are an ideal base for house-hunting. Both bedrroms have heating and ceiling fans, and there is a double bed/settee in the lounge. As well as the main bathroom, which is fully tiled and has a full suite and shower, there is also a guest cloakroom.

Located in the secluded "ROYAL PLAYA" apartments, we are just 100 yards from miles of sandy beach. Access is by electronic gate. Our own car space is directly outside the Apartment. The covered terrace leads to private, lawned gardens to the communal pool and showers. Shade is provided by the ample palm trees.

We are ideally situated for the relaxing holiday we all deserve. Set in secure tranquil gardens, just 1 minutes stroll to the beach. The pool is just 15 yards from the terrace and in direct sight. Perfect for keeping an eye on the kids (or grown ups!) while you're getting the tapas ready and letting the wine breathe. As we are at the beach end of the building, the sound of the waves on the sand is an added bonus to drift off, or wake up to. You will be close enough to Denia to enjoy all this elegant town has to offer, yet far enough to retreat back to after a hard day doing exactly that!

As is typical of the area, the highest waterfront building stands at just 4 stories. On the beach you will not find high-rise hotels, towed banana boats, "18-30" pub crawls, or Timeshare reps. What you will find is miles of natural sandy beach, driftwood, shells, locals fishing at sunset on the shoreline, and both traditional and international restaurants and bars with their steps in the sand. This is where the Spanish come to holiday, and the siesta is still respected. Whilst there are a small number of bars within walking distance along the beach, we would recommend the use of a car to fully enjoy all that Denia has to offer. About the Owner

We bought the apartment to \"dip a toe\" into the Spanish way of life with a view to possible retirement in Denia. After 7 years we become more convinced that we did the right thing, it is a beatiful, laid back, elegant town that has a way of quickly making friends with you. My advice for future buyers in Spain ? Lots of research, and then more research with reputable companies. In the meantime, please come and explore our adoptive second home in our own little piece of Spain. Ray & Sue.
