Look no further Fountain Beach Resort is the essence of the search of many for a highly pleasurable and uniquely memorable stay in Daytona. The studio has just undergone an extensive remodel for the comfort of our guests. This is a well-maintained, luxury vacation rental.

In the studio Bedroom off the living room you have a small landscaped breezeway with hanging flowers; great for relaxing! The bedroom offers a sitting area with television.

This studio features a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, electric stove. The living room has comfortable overstuffed sofas, a large overstuffed chair with ottoman; wall mounted Flat Screen TV, DVD/VCR, CD player with besiege sound speakers and a corner Swiss style fireplace. The dining room table seats four pleasantly.

Daytona cliff beach is a wide, sandy beach suitable for swimming, boogie boarding or walking your dog. The beach has restrooms and cold showers.

Fountain Beach Resort vacation rental rates $49 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of $100 is due at time of Reservation. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Personal checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. A (refundable) Damage/Cleaning deposit of $50 is also required with your Full payment. Rates include a standard Cleaning fee, any additional cleaning costs incurred will be charged to the guest (i.e. soiled dishes, additional trash, etc.) Rates do NOT include Special Events.

Cancellation Policy: Full Refund if cancellation is received 14 days prior to check-in Date. If Cancellation is received within 14 days, A full Refund (less $50 admin fees), will be returned if Studio can be re-booked for at least the same rate for the cancelled dates.
