To reserve a condominium, just give us a call. We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover in addition to other forms of payment. Because we have multiple units no calendars are kept online. Email or call us and we can give you the availability and other specifics to tailor a unit to your party’s needs. Reservations require a payment of 50% of the total due. This total includes the rent, state taxes, county taxes, cleaning fee, and a damage deposit. On reservations made less than 30 days in advance full payment is expected at the time of reservation. On reservations more than 6 months in the future other payment arrangements can be negotiated. Each condominium is reserved by its unit number. When it is reserved it is taken out of our inventory and put aside for your exclusive use. This is different from a hotel where the rooms are assigned at check in, and if they over book you get an apology and sent elsewhere. We know you actually expect to check into the unit you have reserved. For this reason, reservation payments are not refundable, UNLESS we can re-rent your unit for the same rate and time frame that you reserved. We do make an exception if the resort is closed for your stay. In this case 100% of payments made can be applied to a future trip. Refunds are subject to a $200 cancellation fee or 4% of the amount charged, whichever is greater. We do recommend Travel Insurance and it's avaliable from multiple sources. |

Dennis and Carmen, this is to tell you how very much my family and I enjoyed the week in Daytona and our stay at your beautiful condominium. Everything was perfect: the weather, the view from the balcony and all of the amenities. We didn't want to leave and now New Jersey seems so dull! It was kind and generous of you to invite us back after having to cancel our original plans. My family and I appreciate it very much.
Carmen and Dennis, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that our stay at the property was wonderful. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit with family from both north and south of Daytona. The condo provided us with more than enough room for our small group. The beach and pool were thoroughly enjoyed by all! The days passed so fast, yet were so leisurely. We've all decided that Ocean Vistas will be on our plan again in a couple of years. We left a few pool floats behind, thinking they may be useful to other guests. I hope that's OK. Enjoy the rest of the summer!
Hi Dennis: We, again, enjoyed the unit immensely! What a place...the furnishings, the view, the space--everything was out of this world. It was easy to see that you put a lot of time and effort into the decorating of the unit. Very well done! By the way, we did eat at the Chart House--- OUTSTANDING! We also ate at Hyde Park up at the Hilton which was also excellent! Lots of good places to eat in DB. Best wishes
