Lovely home from home, 3 bed 3 bath villa set within the tranquil setting of Town Center. This is a gated community just ten minutes from Disney and five minutes from the golfing centres of Championsgate and Reunion.
The villa boasts a large south facing pool and water views and is fully air conditioned.
There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds, with flat screen TVs with DVD players in every room.
There is a further large TV in the main living room with DVD player, IPod dock and Xbox one console
Wireless Internet is available free of charge.

I have used VRBO before and have not been disappointed. This was no exception! Lovely home, relaxing, decorated nicely, fully equipped and a nice neighborhood for walking. We enjoyed the pool each night, eat tons of food, laughed like crazy and told tons of childhood stories with my three sisters during our 6-nights and 7-day stay. We were close to expressway, groceries, restaurants, gas and amusement parks (20-30mins). This rental made me feel right at home. I didn't feel it was too fancy to set a cup on the table or put your feet up. It was clean and we felt right at home in minutes of opening the front door. The management company was friendly and helpful as were the owners. I can see why this home is frequently rented. Two thumbs up and five stars for you #489948ha! We loved our stay in your beautiful home. We are all back in cold Michigan now, but we have lots of pictures and wonderful memories. Note to other renters: Pack these items in your suitcase or buy upon arrival for those staying a week or more...garbage bags, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, pretty much any cleaning or paper products. There is only what is on the roll to get you started...not an endless supply.
We had a brilliant 2 weeks at the villa. The facilities were great with plenty of towels dishes etc and televisions in every room with DVD's for the kids. The pool was great, in the sun all day and not overlooked, very relaxing. Location was great for all the parks with a publix just up the road. Would definitely return here and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Joanne for your help with easy booking and info sent.
I recently took my 2 daughters for a trip to Disney World & Universal Studios. The owners were very easy to deal with during the reservation process and answered all of my questions quickly. Upon arrival the house was very clean and we were impressed with how much was supplied. The pool heat wasn't turned on when we got there but after a call to management, they came over right away and turned it on. We spent every night in the pool which felt like bath water and was great after long days at the parks. The house is far enough away from the parks that you feel like you can relax and be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to get there without a lot of driving. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The area around the community has shops & restaurants if you don't want to cook. We will definitely re-book this home when we visit Florida again!
We stayed here for 3weeks. Our first time in this area. The villa is spacious and contains everything you could possibly need. Perfectly decorated and immaculately clean. Loved the size of the pool with the most amazing view of the lake. In a lovely quiet gated area. We loved it and will definately be returning
The villa is located in a really quiet neighbourhood, just off the beaten track but close enough to the I4 and attractions. Publix is just a few minutes up the road. The villa is beautiful. Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The pool was large and overlooked a lake. We liked the table and chairs that were in a covered area outside. We wouldn't hesitate in returning here.
