This beautiful 3000 sq/ft six bedrooms and three bathroom property, is situated on the magnificent Lake Davenport Estates, and Sleeps up to 14 people. It has a Pool, spa, Games Room, Playstation2, Video, DVD, Music System, 6 TVs, BBQ, Large Garden (fenced in for privacy), and FREE solar pool heating. Enjoy Disney's Magic Fireworks display from the pool/spa area.

Palm Villa has one of the biggest corner plots with a large garden, which is fenced in for privacy. Ideal for large families and friends on holiday together. This well furnished and equipped home has all the facilities and amenities to guarantee that your holiday is relaxed and enjoyable. The villa is equipped with games room with: Darts board, pool table, Air hockey table, playstation2, Large TV and other games. Pool Depth is from 3ft to 5ft. The pool area is fully equipped with lounges, tables and chairs, and there is also a BBQ. Pool and Jacuzzi are heated by free solar pool heating system. In the winter months you may wish to have extra powered pool heating, which is available for an extra 150 dollars per week. A large decking area ensures that there is plenty of room for guests.

Enjoy the games room: lots of fun for the whole family. The living room is very spacious and has 2 sofas, 1x7 seater and 1x2 seater.

The community has a very nice pool if you want to use it, as well as a tennis court and play ground.
