This lovely executive fully air conditioned villa is located on Highway 27, fifteen minutes drive to Disney World. The accommodation consists of a master king bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, one queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a "Jack & Jill" bathroom between them. All beds have pillow top matresses and and bed linen is 100% cotton. The home is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The lounge has a 50" cable TV On Demand feature & NETFLIX, IPOD docking station and Play Station 2, and all 4 bedrooms have TV with On Demand and NETFLIX There is also complimentary High Speed Broadband Internet access.
The fully screened south facing pool and spa (seperate spa heating available) has an enlarged deck and plenty of upgraded padded deck furniture making it the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the attractions. Numerous pool toys have also been provided and are stored in a container on the pool deck. There is also a poolside toilet and outside shower for added comfort and convenience.
This home also offers a games room with pool table, air hockey & darts. The games room is attractively furnished and is fitted with a high powered fan. 3 sets of golf clubs, tennis racquets and balls are also available for guests to use. Highgate Park also has a play area and tennis court for use by villa guests.

This villa provided a great get-away. We look forward to a return trip and I will be recommending it to any of my friends looking at an Orlando area vacation. Many great dining and golf choices nearby, less than 15 minutes from Disney. A good variety of activities for all ages. The home itself is fabulous and Hazel makes the leasing process a breeze. The pictures tell the story: great open concept community area; well appointed, relaxing bedrooms; fun game room in the garage; and a terriffic pool with southern exposure taking maximum advantage of the sunlight.
My husband and I were in town on business so had a long-term stay could not be more than pleased the property manager and the host could not be kinder and respond quicker to any questionable issues anyone would enjoy staying here
This home has EVERYTHING you would need for a beautiful vacation. It's well equipped. The house is very comfortable and the layout is great for a larger family. The pool area is very private with no neighbors to look at. This is one of our favorite areas of the house. So many houses have neighbors looking right in to the pool areas. The community is gated and we feel safe and secure. To make this even better is Hazel. She has been WONDERFUL to work with as well. Quick to respond and very clear when communicating. We couldn't be any more pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone!
We had a great stay. The home was exactly as advertised but if anything the pictures do not do it justice. The home was clean and maintained with clear instructions about the facilities. Our Kids loved the pool and the spa was lovely. Hazel was great to deal with during the booking process and anwered all our questions. All in all agreat vacation and would certainly recommend the property to friends and family.
This is the best villa we have stayed at in Florida with everything in it to ensure a great holiday. It is close to Disney and other attractions and easy to find with good instructions from the owner. Celebration is a lovely place to visit whilst there with picturesque lakes with alligators, turtles, exotic birds and otters living in them. Gatorland is also a great place to visit wth or without children. The new Harry Potter attraction is also worth a visit. There are supermarkets - Super Target, Publix and Walmart just down the road with a selection of good restaurants and takeaways nearby. Outback Steakhouse is outstanding where you must try the Blooming Onion - but just have one to share as they are unbelievably large. The pool is south-facing and is ideal for open air living together with the spa. It is privately situated - with a hedge at both ends of the pool and nothing at the back except green land and trees. It is possible to play golf for the over 55s at the Polo Park Golf Club just down the 27 on Tuesdays and other days with the golf clubs provided at the villa. This villa has excellent entertainment inside and outside with plenty of reading material and DVDs etc and would be recommended to anyone who wishes to visit this area.
myself and my husband spent our third stay at this villa last november and i can safely say the novelty of how luxurious and comfortable the villa is has not worn off! in an excellent location only 20mins from walt disney and 5mins to the nearest publix supermarket to stock up on supplies for all the lovely meals eaten on the poolside patio. i just loved having breakfast al fresco every morning then into the pool for a refreshing swim to waken me up for the busy day of theme parks and sight seeing although managed to fit in quite a few days just chilling at the villa with a james patterson! lots of fun had in the games room, managed to beat hubby at pool and darts but still need more practice at air hockey! no need to worry about evening entertainment if you are staying in as the owners and past guests have provided lots of reading material and dvds not too mention cds and games, not allowed to be bored on this holiday for a minute!. one of the highlights of our holiday was relaxing in the poolside spa with margarita in hand, the perfect way to round off another fantastic day.looking forward to many more stays in the years to come, thanks a million owners!.
