The Villa
Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable double bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 3 modern bathrooms. There’s also a separate TV & gaming room with a large flat-screen and even a desk – ideal if you need to mix a little work with pleasure.

Base rate: applies to the villa (3 bedrooms / up to 6 guests).
Supplement for the studio: + $65 per night (max. 2 guests).
Maximum occupancy: 8 adults + 1 child under 2 years.

Electricity consumption: $0.65 per kWh
Water consumption: $9,25 per m3;
Intermediate cleaning with linen service: $145 (extra $29 if the studio is booked)
Final cleaning: $260 (extra $35 if the studio is booked)

30% upon reservation
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival
Security deposit/refundable damage: $750
Electricity and water consumption will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 5 days after check-out.

Beautiful Villa!!! Wonderful family vacation.
A beautiful open space house, clean, modern and with a well equipped kitchen. The deck with BBQ and pool is a gem, with a nice view on the surroundings. We have had the chance to have strong winds (house on a hill), which helps during warm days. The owner representative was a lovely respectful person, very flexible and responsive. We enjoyed very much!
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Curaçao and loved our stay at Villa South Beach! ! Super relaxing place to visit and stay. Enjoy a modern and peaceful environment with super views and a great location.
