Description

This very sunny apartment (125 m2) offers accommodation to 6-7 people.

Located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a large chalet, the apartment has a marvellous view on the Rhone valley.

The living has a cosy fireplace and a dining area adjacent to the semi open kitchen. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom a cloakroom and a guest toilet.

Connected to the living is a large balcony facing south. There is a second balcony connected to the master bedroom facing west.

A wooden staircase brings you to the mezzanine floor, where children have an area to "chill". There is also a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom with shower.

The apartment has the ambiance of a chalet with its wooden finishing and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD/VHS. The kitchen has all that is necessary to test one's culinary talents and finish with a coffee from a "Nespresso" machine.

There is one parking space in the garage as well as a heated storage for skis.

The area is quiet with lots of trees. The centre of Montana is on walking distance and offers all amenities one would look for (shops, restaurants, ice rink, rentals for mountain bikes and skis). Crans, a few minutes by car, has the best golf courses (9 and 18 holes) of Switserland and a wide variety of up-market shops and restaurants.

Both in summer and winter you will find the apartment an excellent spot to relax after a full day of action.
