Description

This well appointed, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat is your home away from home. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, its airy open space plan features a fully equipped kitchen, secured parking for at least two vehicles and guest parking. Only 7 minutes from the Ato Bolden Stadium, Aquatic Center, Cycling Dome and Cricket facility. 8 minutes from the Solomon Hochoy highway, for easy access to the cities, beaches, restaurants, shopping malls and other places of interest.
 
The space
A beautiful family home in a central location that offers privacy and convenience. Located in a quiet neighbourhood it features a blend of contemporary, industrial and rustic furnishing with all the necessary amenities.
 
The house is fully air conditioned with a well equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living and dining area with seating for 12, laundry, high speed wireless internet, secured parking for at least two vehicles and guest parking. Three bedrooms feature 4 beds that comfortably sleep 8 guests and 2 queen sized air-mattresses are available to accommodate an additional 2 to 4 guests if so desired.
 
Guest access
Guests will receive keys to the house and a remote for the gate.
The entire house is yours for your use.
 
Interaction with guests
I will make an effort to personally meet you before your stay. During your stay, we respect your right to peacefully enjoy the house, so you will not see me, unless you require my assistance.
 
Please get in touch! Write me a message telling me a bit about the purpose of your trip and a little bit about yourself.
 
Other things to note
This is our home, please treat it kindly.
• No smoking indoors, please smoke outside if you smoke.
• Kindly throw out all garbage daily.
• Please be mindful of the neighbors.
• Please help take care of the plants, especially if you love them like I do!

N.B. Our homeowners insurance does not cover your contents whilst you are on our property and we are also not liable for any injuries to yourselves or your guest whilst on your property, therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.

Policy

Cancel within 48 hours of booking to get a full refund.
Cancel up to 5 days before check-in to get a refund.
Cancel within 5 days of check-in and the cost of the first night plus 50% of remaining nights are non-refundable.

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It was spacious, clean and warm. VERY comfortable beds, air conditioners work great. Nelli house was perfect. Her little touches made such a difference. It really felt like home. New Kitchen appliances, washer and dryer were so quiet, nice flat screen t.v’s with Netflix. Perfect for rainy days in. Hot and cold water worked just fine. My favourite thing about this house was how clean it was, and spacious. Prime location very easy to come in and out of with a vehicle. Close to a savanna were you can enjoy a nice walk. Upscale neighbourhood, quiet and the streets were well lite at night. Secure parking for our car. Felt very safe, It was a pity we couldn’t stay longer. My sons were sad to leave. We will definitely be back again. Nelli was fast to respond and a wonderful hostess. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, loved it!!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was by far the best place I have ever stayed booking through air bnb! The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, nice living room and dining area and a quiet little patio set to enjoy dining outside. In a good central location for traveling to various places all over the island. I would reccomend staying here to anyone!

What can I say but perfection.Nelli’s home was beyond expectations. The house itself had everything you could possibly need and more. Myself I can be a little OCD but seriously it was emacalute. The neighbors were warm and friendly and we were sad to have to say goodbye. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home it’s a 5+.

The place was much better than expected was well located with easy access to all major shops. The house was spotless and well maintained, everything you could need was there. The house was larger than expected with hot flowing water and enough space to allow us to really enjoy our holiday. Staying with Nelli was for me like an extension of family. Nelli made it clear long before arrival of what we could expect and went out of her way to arrange the best possible tours and activities based on what we wanted to do. There was a nice level of care and you always felt like you can call any time for help if needed. We where well looked after and made clear by Nelli of all the local shops and niche places to visit. Nelli was a terrific host and is someone we will most defiantly stay by every visit. Had an amazing time and well worth the stay.

There are not enough words to describe how comfortable and happy my daughter and I were at Nelli's place.The location, cleanliness, space exceeded our expectations. Contacting Nelli was a breeze her response was always swift and positive,shes very kind,soft spoken and always had uplifting words for me. I would highly recommend Nelli's place to anyone taking a trip to Trinidad, supermarket, restaurants, fresh fruits and veggies were a short driveable distance from the house.For this vacation I need privacy, space, and a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Nelli's place absolutely fit all of the above perfectly. Beautiful house in a great location

A very beautiful and mordern house with all the necessary facilities, also very clean, spacious and secure. Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with an approximately 3 minute drive to the local stores and an 8-10 minute drive from the Sporting Complex. The owner was very warm and welcoming and a generally helpful person. She was quite flexible with the check-in and check-out times. Would stay again and recommend to others.
