Lagoon House is a fully furnished 2500 sq. ft. custom built waterfront home  located on Whidbey Islands largest and last remaining natural lagoons. Birds, and waterfowl are abundant. The house sleeps 8-10 people very comfortably in 3 large bedrooms and a loft..
There are 2 full baths and a half bath off the great room. A gourmet kitchen and large outdoor BB-Q / grilling area make it a dream  for chefs. Infloor radiant heat throughout the home and  propane fireplace make the home comfortable year round even  on the coolest days.

Policy

Deposit /Reservation Confirmation: One half your stay security deposit will guarantee your reservation. Full payment due 1 week prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy: 1 months or more.......50%

Less than 1 month notification ...No refund  All forfeited deposit funds can be redeemed at full value as credit for
a future stay.
