Approximately 15 minutes east of the International Airport (GGT), the cottages are situated in a beautiful grassy lawn, fenced with a stone wall around the property, overlooking the picturesque Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island.
There are many direct flights from Toronto 3 hours, Miami 1 hour,Fort Lauderdale 1 hour also you can fly in to Nassau and and get there in 35 minutes and enjoy the care free living in this Island gem called Exuma.

Michael Kokkinos purchased this cottage in 1895
Very nice trip beautiful weather great people very friendly, get a chance to visit catch a water taxi to stalking island take a walk have some cocktails. Definitely visit Lumina resort. A short walk to town. Great prices on liquor bring your own food if you can very expensive. Over all AWESOME experience here in Exuma. The most beautiful waters you will EVER experience. Very happy people here
This was our second visit to Minn's. We went with my parents at Christmas time and enjoyed it so much we came back in Mid February. The pictures are very accurate. The cottages are clean and well equipped. The grill is a propane BBQ, so it is easy to use. You can also use the laundry facilities which means you don't have to bring a lot of clothes. In fact, we brought down a lot of our own supplies including coffee, tea, and frozen meat. You cannot bring in any fresh fruit or veggies. They will also do some advance shopping for you so that you have the basics when you arrive -- it is a really good idea if you arrive on a Sunday or holiday as the market is closed. Location is ideal. First, you have the great view of the harbour from your screened porch area. There is a very nice beach with firm sand right across the street. Second, it is a 5 to 10 minute walk in to town or over to the Fish Fry. This gives access to groceries and supplies and restaurants so you don't need a car. Instead, we rented a boat for a few days from Minn's boat rentals (related, but not he same owner) and we were able to explore the harbour area where we found several beautiful beaches that we had all to ourselves. Esther an Travis are also very helpful and checked in on a regular basis to ensure everything was okay. If you are looking for a central location with access to water and amenities, Minn's is a good choice.
