Ok, so the surfing's not as good as Oahu's North Shore, but it is just as beautiful!!

New in 2006, this cottage style vacation home has four bedrooms, two and half baths, and a total living area 2,400 sq. ft. Plenty of room to spread out. This holiday home is truly designed with the family in mind, with separate spaces for the grown-ups, and little ones alike.

Vintage Mod, Baby! It's luxurious, with a retro feel - sure to evoke a flashback or two. The shag carpeting, custom ceramic tile, custom woodwork and a mix of retro antiques and custom furniture (not to mention a few surprises), will help make this a vacation to remember.

Located in Harbor Springs opposite Lake Michigan on the famous Tunnel of Trees - a top destination for bicyclists. You're close to such vacation spots as, Petoskey (25 min.), Cross Village (25 min.), and The Inland Water Way (30 min.).

Not to mention your only 40 minutes to The Straits of Mackinaw, and all that area has to offer! Ferrys to Mackinac Island, Waterpark, Resataunts, Fort Michilimackinac, etc.... Oh don't forget about Fudge!!

A top this 130' bluff, witness panoramic views that will allow you to see all the way to Charlevoix, and on some days even Beaver Island! Enjoy these views from the vacation home as well as from the meandering bluffside staircase, with secluded sun deck that leads to the very private sandy frontage on Lake Michigan. Reminiscent of America's Pacific Northwest, this is the secluded beach you have dreamed of. You can walk for miles up, and down the beach without seeing a single person.

Policy

We charge 6% MI Sales tax, but no additional pet or cleaning fees.

RENTAL FEE: For use of the Property as a vacationing home, Guests shall pay above fees to the Owner, $250 at time of reservation, 50% (less $250) in March and the remaining 50% of fee no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: A guest can pay by Visa, MC, check or money order. There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments except for last minute rentals (under 2 weeks).
CANCELLATION: If a Guest wishes to cancel this Agreement, the Guest shall provide the Owner with written notice. If the Renter's notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, the 50% fee will be refunded at 80% only if the reserved nights can be re-booked in full. If the premises are not re-booked or the Guest cancels with-in 30 days of the arrival date, the fee is non-refundable.

Check-in after 3:00 pm. Check-out before 10:00 am.

Pets are permitted with prior approval.

No reservations are confirmed until deposit and rental agreement are received.
