Less than a 2 1/2 hour drive from Toronto, this property is a vacationer's paradise. Immerse yourself in fishing, paddle boarding and swimming during the summer and snowshoeing, snowmobiling and tranquility during winter.

Note-
Important things to note:
1. Please do not dispose of any feminine hygiene or paper towels in the toilet.
2. No motorized boats or personal water crafts are allowed to be launched off the property.
3. Do not drive your vehicle(s) past the cottage. Aside from damaging the lawn and the property, this could damage the septic bed in the centre of the property.
4. No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. There is an ashtray provided under the gazebo for anyone who would like to smoke outdoors. Please ensure that no cigarette butts are thrown on the property and are disposed of correctly.
5. Please respect our neighbours by reducing music and loud noise from 11:00pm-7:00am.

We loved Bryan & Irina’s cottage! Lots of space, great neighbours, super dog friendly and had all modern appliances & amenities. We really enjoyed hanging outside on the dock, canoeing, paddle boarding and using the hot tub. 10/10 recommend & will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for a great stay. ????
Honestly if I could give 6/5 stars I would! This cottage and property is wonderful! Lovely sandy beach, HUGE lawn, great hot tub with great views, awesome old retro radio & turntable, clean and spacious inside and best of all immaculate views of the lake. Plus a full zip line and dog run for our two dogs! We will be back!!! Thanks Bryan!

We had a great stay at Bryan and Irina’s Farmhouse. The house is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped and clean. We loved being able to use the paddle boards, canoe, and hot tub everyday. We, especially the dogs, loved being able to swim at the lake and had a blast. We loved that the house was very dog friendly including the yard. Bryan was very professional in his communication with us. We would definitely stay again!
