Our home was remodeled from top to bottom November 2014 and we have strived to keep the homes fresh look and modern feel. It's private and off the beaten path. All appliances are like new and it has the things that matter like comfortable beds, Down pillows, comforters & nice sheets. Amy & I have been using VRBO for many years and the number one thing is a good nights sleep so we offer that accommodation. Other details we like to see are things like a place to hang your toiletry bag, a magnifying mirror, lots of towels, & a hot shower.
Our patio has a Tru-Infrared barbecue (no flair ups), It's private and opens up to the house nicely.
This house has two bedrooms both with Queen size beds and a fold down couch in the living room when needed.
There is a 650 acre wilderness preserve & park 700' from your front door. Ideal for an evening walk, morning jog, or even a picnic.
The river walk takes you directly to the beach.
I think the house will make a great retreat for you after your day of fun in the sun. Included with this rental is a Beach parking pass upon request. Beach parking can run as high as $15.00 a day so don't forget borrow our pass!!!

We had a great time! The house is comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The area is also very safe. Jim and Amy are great and always available. Perfect house and location to visit. Very relaxing!!! We will be back. Thank you Jim and Amy for all that you did!
The location is great, a little out of the why but quiet. The hosts are wonderful as well they helped out with some great advice. I am going to return.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. It was very comfortable for the three of us. The property has a nice patio area with furniture and a nice grill. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.
Our stay at this wonderful property was amazing and we can't wait to stay again! The place is super cute, quiet, clean, relaxing. The property is located near the beach and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood - but still close to stores and restaurants. The owners, Jim and Amy, have clearly taken the time to make sure you have everything you can think of - every convenience - with a lot of little comfortable extras - super comfortable beds, Krups coffee maker and regular coffee maker, remotes for air/heat and ceiling fans, condiments in the fridge...they even left chocolates on the bed for your first check in! And they live close by and are accessible by cell phone if you need anything, but they do not disturb you and leave you to enjoy your time. We were there for a family reunion, and our other family members rented VRBOs and their places did not even come close in comparison to this place - and we paid less! If you choose to stay at this place, you will love it!
