This is our brand new listing .Our second home as a vacation rental and we think you will love it!
We designed this small home as a very modern, California, beach style cottage feel. The home has been completly remodeled inside and out. It has an open floor plan with a Great room feel with lots of windows. Private patio off the kitchen and living room for relaxing with morning coffee or after a day at the beach or Disneyland or that stressful conference.
This house has two nice bedrooms with Queen size beds. In the living room is a pull out bed when needed.
There is a 650 acre nature preserve 700' from the property. Ideal for a morning jog or a walk. It is also a wonderful spot to watch the beautiful sunsets.The river walk below the park takes you directly to the beach. Our little neighborhood sits up on a bluff overlooking the city of Huntington Beach and the ocean can be visible. Just a nature preserve to explore. The opposite end of our street has a nice park with a playground area ,walking path , and shade. It also has beautiful views.
The beach is only two miles from this home. Disney and its nearby attractions is a 25 minute drive.
The home will be the perfect retreat after your long day of fun in the sun.
We also have a beach pass guests may borrow for parking at state beaches . Don't forget to inquire about it on arrival!

We enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. It was close to the beach and Disneyland was only about 20 minutes away.
Clean and very inviting feeling. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Jim and Amy were fabulous hosts, quick and friendly to respond to any questions or requests we had. The property itself is meticulously maintained, furnishings linens etc were great quality. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and the washer and dryer made it super convenient for our family to do laundry as is necessary with little kids. We really appreciated the extra touches like the beach pass and toys they had available for us to use. This location is 5 short minutes away from Huntington beach and pier, which we absolutely loved visiting. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this ranks at the top In terms of location, quality of the property, cost and wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend this property to anyone we know. We can't wait to come back :)
We thought the place looked great from the pictures, but we were really surprised how much more we liked it in person. The home was so clean and seemed to be newly remodeled with very nice finishes. The details and space are very well thought out, providing many unexpected amenties. The location was easily accessible to everything. It was quiet and perfect for a restful retreat. We hope to visit again and highly recommend this cute little cottage.
I was a little nervous to rent thru this site, sight-unseen, I travel a lot, but as I placed my foot into the living room, I was so relieved. I cant say enough about this place. it was so clean (Thank you Amy!!). Fully furnished down to some excellent appliances and silverware. Did I mention there are 8 USB connections for your phone !! I'm an engineer and my techy friends used them all. I might have missed some, lol. Super washer and dryer (HE), TV has sound bar. Bathroom was so clean. linen crisp and so many towels . Trader joe, 2 minutes away, along with café , gas, beer, cleaners, drug store. Huntington beach, 10 minutes away. If you need a place in Costa mesa/Huntington beach area this is the place. easy access to 405 (Take Wilson to Harbor to 405). Go to Fairview park (end of block) and see guys fly their model airplanes. Very cool.
