Description

"The Coach House" is a two bedroomed barn conversion offering the modern comforts of under floor heating with the features of beamed ceilings and stone floors.

Originally built to house the coach with two stables for the horses. The lofts above were for the stable boys. During the last century it was converted to milking shippons in the stables with turkeys in the loft!

One double bedroom, one large Captain's bed and sofa bed. The Captain's bed is a double bed accessed up a short ladder.

Bath with shower.
Cosy underfloor central heating.
Colour television with Freeview and video with video library.
CD radio cassette player.
Gas cooker, fridge and microwave.
Washing machine, iron, ironing board and freezer in laundry room.
Bed linen supplied, beds made up for your arrival. Please bring your own towels.
Garden area with table, chairs and BBQ.
Cot and highchair available.
Ample parking.

Farm produce available (beef, lamb, pork and bacon).
We're very friendly and show the children the farm animals, even letting them collect the eggs.

Policy

Booking Conditions.

  • Please telephone us to check that your preferred weeks can be accommodated, and then we will hold your booking firm as long as your deposit arrives within 5 days.
  • We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £75.00 with the booking.
  • The balance of the payment must reach us at least 4 weeks before your stay (please note: no reminders will be sent).
  • Should you book within 6 weeks of your holiday then we expect full payment at the time of booking.
  • We also ask for a £50.00 damage deposit, (payable on arrival) which is returned to you on leaving the premises in good condition.
  • Towels are avialable to hire for £5.00 per person.
