Description

Sit in the spacious living room by the gas fired stove and enjoy the ocean waves while watching TV, or on a nice day enjoy the view from the deck. You can cook any meal in the large fully-furnished kitchen and dine with the family around the table. You will get a great night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms. On the lower level is a king master suite with bath and walk-in closet and sliding glass door to a lower deck. On this level is another bedroom with queen and full beds. There is a bathroom down the hall and a large family room with a large 55" screen TV. The upper level is the main living area with another large bedroom with reading area. This bedroom has a set of king and queen beds. The Sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress.
 
There is a large paved parking lot that can double as a outdoor fenced play area with still a lot of room for cars. The backyard is a smaller rock landscaped area within the fenced area with access to the lower decks of eash unit. Beyond the fence you can walk a 250 yard path to the ocean beach (a little wet in the winter).
 
There is a BBQ and a laundry facility for each unit. Quality bedding and towels are furnished for your ease.  
 
You are just 3 miles from the casino and 5 miles from down town Ocean Shores with all the fun vacation activities for you to enjoy. There you will find golf, bowling, horseback riding, miniature golf, fun center, camel rides, go-cart, bumper cars, shopping, restaurants and so much more.
 
Just bring your food and toiletries and enjoy a couple days or weeks at the Washington Beach.

Sand & Sea is owned by Ron and Rochelle Notbohm. Ron is a Pastor and both have been educators for over 35 years.

Family is important to the Notbohm's and their desire has always been to own and share a retreat home for families, groups of families, and small church groups. It is their wish thatht many will be renewed in body, mind and spirit while they spend time in 'Sand and Sea', the beach and surrounding area. This place is for you and your family and friends.

Some families want to spend vacations and time away from home in a luxury setting with quality amenities. The Notbohm's have upgraded the house with only the finest carpeting, bath linens, beds and bedding. We started our family vacation at a nearby rental that was subpar, but when we noticed this rental became available we immediately switched our booking and it literally saved our vacation! Ron, the owner, was so prompt in responding to our booking and very pleasant and accommodating. The layout of the house was ideal for several families with small children, and it was clean and safe for all. The kids had fun riding scooters on the paved drive that also had a gate for added peace of mind. The beds were so comfortable and ocean view was superb! We would highly recommend this property and would love to book here again in the future!

Best vacation home we have stayed in!

This home was super comfortable and provided all the necessities and the extras. 2 coffee makers, rice cooker, crock pot, waffle maker, blender, coffee grinder, bbq grill, comfy beds and bedding! All super clean, The beach is visible from the patio but it is pretty far. We have small kids so we always drove to the beach, however it would have been walkable if we didn’t have so many items we wanted at the beach. If we come back to ocean shores we will definitely try to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Sand and Sea. We enjoyed being so close to the north end of the beach and still only a short drive to town. There is an ocean and sunset view from the porch! The home is set up nicely with each bedroom having their own bathroom. There is plenty of space, plenty of off-street parking, and a well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back and would recommend! The owner, Ron, is very kind and easy to work with. He is very hospitable and ensures each guest has a pleasant stay. Thanks for a fun weekend!
