Sunset Terrace Condo #204 is a newly renovated Gulf front condo with a heated pool, located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach. Situated directly on the beach with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico this beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six with a king size bed, two twin size beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
There are televisions in every room, a 42" in the living room, 32" in the master bedroom and 40" in the guest bedroom. It boasts granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tiled flooring throughout except for the hardwood floors in the bedrooms. There is a safe in the master bedroom closet. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened porch overlooking the gulf or take a stroll along the beach to one of the nearby restaurants. The island provides a free trolley service so you can hang up your car keys for the duration of your stay!
This top floor unit has been beautifully maintained and provides every amenity for your comfort. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. High speed wireless internet, cable TV and free domestic long distance calling are provided. There is a private storage closet in the covered parking area with a beach cart, chairs, canopies umbrellas and beach toys for your enjoyment. Covered parking and a heated pool complete the package.

Beautiful view of the Gulf. Condo was updated and nice. Could have used additional cooking supplies, but overall we were very pleased.
