This newly renovated condo is on the water with protected dockage for up to a 45 foot boat. It is just a few hundred feet from the open ocean and the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and National Marine Sanctuary.
It has a pool and Salt Water swimming area. There is free access to 3 beaches within one mile. You will have free use of my Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Fishing Rods & Reels, Snorkels, Masks, Fins, 2 Tennis Courts with Rackets & Balls. You may use my BBQ area.
Parking is free. Restaurants are just a block away. Shopping is 1/2 mile from your front door.
If you like to Fish, Scuba Dive, Snorkel, Kayak, Paddle Board and/or relax this is probably the right place for you.
