We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. It is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The large back patio is right on the golf course. Very serene and lovely. There is also a large patio in front with a grill. The country club neighborhood is nice and quiet, and everyone waves and says hi whether you're walking or driving by. It made us think about buying and retiring here in 20 years. It really is that nice. The owners are very nice and accommodating as well. We look forward to staying here next year during our annual getaway to this area!

A five minute walk from Sunrise CC tennis, golf and delightful restaurant, this very comfortable townhouse is spacious and very well equipped for a holiday. We'll definitely stay there again if the occasion permits.
The Greenland were so helpful in making sure we got to the place alright and had access to the property. It is a very nice gated community. Golf course right in your back yard. Pool is nearby. Definitely recommend. Stayed here with a few friends for Coachella weekend 1 2017. And it was perfect! If we go next year with the same numbers, will definitely consider rebooking this house! My friends and I stayed here during the Coachella festival weekend. The home was well decorated, furnished, and clean! It was very comfortable and large enough for our group of 5. There was a mechanical issue with the garage but Marla was very responsive and checked in often. This did not spoil our stay at all. The pool is conveniently across the street, which is great. If we visit the area next time, we would stay here again!
