Rate Details: Rent is $2400 to $3800/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without.
Utility Caps/Mo: $200 electricity.
Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.
