Rate Details: Rent is $2400 to $4000/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without.
Utility Caps/Mo: $200 for electricity.
Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.

Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

AvailableWe represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.

This delightful condo is more spacious than it appears in photos. The views from the master suite and patio are gorgeous. Kitchen is well stocked and a new frig with water dispenser and ice maker. Large walk in tiled shower with grab bars and seat. Washer & Dryer is an added bonus which offsets the smaller 2nd bath. Music from Lazy Days Restaurant wafts over in the evenings at a low decibel level for enjoyment sitting around pool area. I was pleased with the internet connection as I had to "work from home" a few days a week. Good restaurants & shops close by. `1/2 hr drive Key Largo for groceries & best fish market. Basic cable on tv so we went to Hog Heaven Sports Bar for college games on Sat and NFL on Sundays..The tv in the condo lobby area does carry fox sports but then we would not have met the nice people we did bonding over football. The repairs and construction going on in the complex and the road widening in front was a minor annoyance but took it in stride as we were in Keys..no worries.
This condo was clean, nicely furnished and had a view to die for. We really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit, which most did not have. Also, being on the end we had "the window" in the master bedroom and in the daytime the view would take your breath. However, at night the lights from the parking lot would shine into our bedroom. Alas, with the flip of a switch an outside shutter would roll down and the room was completely dark. Talk about sleeping well! As for the complex, everyone was very friendly and we made some very good friends. The pool was heated and the hot tub was always warm and enjoyable. We have already made plans to go back next year. If you have the chance to rent a unit there, GO, you will not be sorry.
