Description

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 63 acre property conveniently located between Front Beach Road and Hutchinson Blvd. The property consists of 757 townhouses and two buildings of 40 condominiums. The resort allows owners and guests two parking spaces in front of each unit. This allows direct access, no elevators.

Spread out over the resort are eleven pools, five of which are heated. The Grand Island pool is a 124,220 gallon pool that also has an adjacent Pool Clubhouse. The resort also has dedicated beach access with a small snack bar and grill at the beach side pool. We have four tennis courts, two of which are lighted. Shuffle board courts and an 18-hole miniature golf course are some of our other amenities.

For anyone wishing to get a quick workout, there is an exercise room located next to the mini-golf. There are several places to have a picnic by the canal, or by the beach!

Gulf Highlands is a gated complex with full time security provided during peak vacation periods. The Resort also has a very active neighborhood watch program.
