This is a one bed, one bathroom Condo located in the heart of Clearwater right next to Westfield Countryside mall and Cobb Movie Theater. The condo has an open floor plan -the kitchen is open to the dining and living room. 60" smart TV both in the living and bedroom. The Patio is a great space for entertainment and is enclosed with tinted sheeting for privacy. Moroccan rugs both in the living room and dining room. Cable TV and Netflix provided at no cost. Remote controlled ceiling fans with LED lighting through-out the house. Tile floors through-out the condo except the bedroom which has carpet for comfort. Large walk in closet. Washer and dryer available. Walking distance to Restaurants i.e. P.F. Chang's, Grill Smith, Grimaldi's, Red Robbins, Bar Louie among others. Walking distance to Whole Foods Super market, 20 minutes? drive to Clearwater beach, 35 minutes? drive to Tampa, 10 minutes? drive to Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. In essence, this is the perfect location to vacation.

Beautiful condo. Has everything you could possibly need. Close to a Mall that has shops, restaurants, cinema and bars. Not to far away from the beaches. We booked very last minute and Caroline messaged me back immediately. Would highly recommend..
Caroline was great, communication was very good and the place is very warm and inviting. Everything is fresh and new and it's very close to shopping and restaurants. A bit further to the beach than I would like, but overall a great place to stay.
Host was very easy to work with and always returned messages right away. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to many eating places and mall area

Caroline was very easy to talk and she made sure I had everything and if I needed help she was accessible. The condo was super clean and has a very "home" feeling. The location was very convenient, there is a supermarket, mall and other stores close by. The beach was about a 20 minute drive which is not too bad. Overall enjoyed my stay.
I throughly enjoyed my stay. The condo the was perfect place for me. Caroline was very accommodating and accessible. I had a wonderful experience, looking forward to enjoying more in the future.
