This wonderful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath independent villa is located within this exclusive fortified village, overlooking the church. It has been newly renovated in 2004 and is ready to host you and your family as a wonderful homebase on your travels through Tuscany and Umbria.

This comfortable Living Room with its inviting fireplace will act as homebase for you to gather and relax after a day of travels around the area. The villa has both satellite television and a DVD player for your entertainment. There is also a lovely garden where you can dine under the pergola bordered by roses or take the afternoon sun while listening to the sounds of silence.

The villa's kitchen, with range, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and double sink, is located just off the dining room. The hand painted tiles and granite counter tops create a comfortable yet elegant place to create special Tuscan meals or just make a cup of espresso in the morning.

The king/queen Bedroom has an outstanding view over the valley below. As the village rests high on the crest of a hill, the world is literally at your feet. The bedrooms are quite comfortable with antique furniture and authentic terracotta flooring covered by rugs. Each has an ensuite bath.
