We are located in Chico, CA, 75 miles south of Redding, home to California State University, Chico. Open floor plan accommodates gatherings for kitchen prep, relaxing around the gas fireplace and dining. Fully remodeled home with granite counters, wood and cork floors, solid wood doors, Spanish style decor is complete for family gatherings, business or pleasure trips. Our home sits along the Lindo Channel Greenway with a large garden space and plenty of outside oases to sit and enjoy nature. Master bedroom is large and cheery with a slider for outside access. Those interested in cooking have multiple options with a fully outfitted indoor kitchen and tiled outdoor kitchen (BBQ and burners, refrigerator and sink).

Bring your bicycles and enjoy easy access to Bidwell Park--Chico's crown jewel--nearby bike paths and short jaunts to downtown or nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, located on a cul de sac and adjacent to the pedestrian foot bridge over Lindo Channel. Nearby, the high school has tennis courts and track field. Groceries, shopping and a flavorful Mexican Ice Cream store are within walking distance.
