POGGIO FASCIANO is situated in the green Tuscan hills between the historical towns of Cortona and Montepulciano, immersed among olive groves and vineyards of NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO wine, where to pass unforgettable and relaxing natural holydays.

The extraordinary abbeys, the terms, the hills, the hamlets, the farms, and the ten of towns and villages that surround us, complete the view more photographed of the world.

The farmhouse (250 sq.m, 10 people) is separated in two units: the main house and the dependence.

The main house comprises the following rooms: three double bed-rooms with a baldachin bed, three bath-rooms (shower, tub), an ample entry-room, a spacious kitchen completely outfitted (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine), a living-room with sofas and fire-place and Sat TV, laundry (washing-machine, iron), a very large dining-room/veranda open directly into the garden.

The dependence comprises two double bed-rooms, a bath-room with shower box, a living-room with sofas, a kitchen (fridge, oven) with dining area.

The farmhouse is completely outfitted and furnished with antique dealing furniture.

The farmhouse is immersed in a very large (1 Ha) private secular garden with olive-grove and vineyard, composed by: ping-pong, hammock, barbecue area, panoramic terrace with table for to eat in open air, a panoramic swimming-pool (6 x 14 m), children's pool with massage, bath/dressing room with showers, a gazebo with sofas, a room with fitness equipment.

The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 28th.

One person is available always for to help you and for any information you need, museum reservation, train times, cook, wine tasting and much more.
