ANNA'S EVENTUALLY-This second row duplex features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. One of the bedrooms has a queen, one has a double, and the third has two singles. The dining table seats four, and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include enclosed cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. The screened in porch at the back of the house welcomes you to enjoy a relaxing evening. If you're coming to the beach with a large family, you might consider renting both sides of this duplex. With a connecting door between the two sides, it will be like one big house, but it will give each family some privacy. The two units are mirror image of each other, except the east side has laminate floors in the living area, and the west side has carpet. This duplex is approximately 100' from the Driftwood Street beach access. Although this property will rent for partial weeks in the off season, there's a three-night minimum stay required.
