The villa impresses with its extraordinary design, what sets us on the first look has addressed. The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Also the communication and care before, during and after the Holiday was great. We really enjoyed our stay and the Casa recommend unrestricted blue!

Dear Monique, Thank you for the wonderful holiday we were allowed to spend with you. The Casablue is a great place and the garden is just gigantic. We spent three great weeks here, of which we used the MONI for two weeks. In twenty minutes you are at the river and from there it is not far to beautiful beaches. In the house we have nothing missing, the kitchen is modern and utensils everything is available! The support in advance and on site was uncomplicated and smooth. The house is very quiet and it was so relaxing, whether by the pool or on the canal ..... here we could spend 3 great weeks without any worries .... Everything is available in the kitchen, so that nothing stands in the way of self-catering. The two bathrooms were perfect. The living room was really comfortable, although I personally did not need it ;-) ... it was much nicer outside .... I love to sit and read in nature. The bedrooms were equipped with the best mattress. I have never slept so well in strange houses or hotels. I would like to thank you again for the on-site support. If something was, it was done promptly and easily. If we come to CC again, I hope that your house is free.

We would like to thank you most sincerely! In October 2015, we spent two wonderful weeks in Casa Blue. Everything was exactly as described, the pictures correspond to the reality. The house was clean, well maintained and furnished with attention to detail and met our taste. The pool was also very clean (the pool cleaner comes once a week). We were very nice received by the property management and we were very happy about the bottle of wine. In the house itself everything was available, what you needed. The location of the house is perfect (restaurants, shopping etc. are nearby). The house is located in the residential area. Protected by the wonderful garden, the private atmosphere, which we attach great importance to, was preserved. Ideal starting point for various excursions. Sanibel can be reached in just under 20 minutes and you can also go out at sunrise. The sunset can be enjoyed directly at the jetty on the canal! There is plenty of seating everywhere. We spent most of the time outside. The beds (1.60m) were comfortable.

What a house: location, facilities, condition, tropical garden, neighborhood just perfect! Two weeks we were five at Casa Blue and it was just great. Our ideas were far exceeded. By car, we were quick in shopping, in the cinema, on the golf course or in one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood. With the boat we drove within 30 min. to Ft. Myers Beach or on one of the small uninhabited islands in the area. The rides were usually accompanied by dolphins - what an experience! The care on site (instruction in the house and boat) was great, nice and fast. All in all: you can not do anything better, because everything was perfect !!! In two years we would like to come back and it is out of the question then again the Casa Blue to rent!

CasaBlue was for 2 weeks our "Stargate" to many great experiences in Florida. Everglades, Key West, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale .... "you name it!" Lovers Key Beach was our "beach highlight" in the area. After our excursions, we were always looking forward to "our casaBlue" and spent two wonderful weeks there WITHOUT TV ... Pure relaxation! We were 2 1/2 weeks in the Casa Blue and have enjoyed this time very much. The quiet & nice neighborhood, the great property including pool in a tropical setting and the extensive facilities of Casa Blue have let us relax immediately and give a feeling of "home". We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. For a week we rented the "Moni". It is an unforgettable experience to see dolphins at liberty only a few meters from the boat - every day several times. Pure goose bumps! The contact to the Casa Blue & Moni team was very friendly and straightforward from day one. Conclusion: a perfect holiday - only too short !!!

En perfect villa for 4 persons, bodde nyligen i detta härliga ljusa, fräscha casaBLUE en vecka med min familj. Ett mycket lugnt och fint villaområde. Ismaskinen och poolen användes flitigt, likaså the härliga uteplatsen med grill och vacker utsikt mot the härliga trädgården och kanalen.Vid uteplatsen nere vid båten customer man njuta the vackra solnedgången. Välskött, rent, modern inrett med väl fungerande internet. Tvättmaskinen, torktumlare, köksmaskiner och tv var i modernt fungerande skick. Aegean svarade snabbt på mina mail och var väldigt tillmötesgånde. Allt stämde bra med beskrivningen av huset. Vi var ute med båt och fuck massor med delfiner. En drömsemester fuck vi här i detta hus och Cape Coral. Vi längtar till vi kan åka hit igen och vi kan varmt rekommendera detta underbara hus! Regards, the Oja family.

We stayed for 12 days in the beautiful Casa Blue and would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately we had to go home. The Casa Blue is very modern and visually appealing. You feel right at home. But the best part is, I really have everything you can imagine and possibly need. We were even able to make cocktails thanks to the cocktail shaker and the ice dispenser on the fridge. There are all the kitchen utensils, more than enough towels, pool towels, various water toys, umbrellas for the beach and even beach shells, games, books and and and .... We have stayed in several holiday homes or apartments but so well equipped was none. The pool is fantastically located in a beautiful garden. Our daughter never wanted to go into the water and was skeptical there as well. But she loved the pool and did not want to go in there anymore. The location is also great, right on the canal with a beautiful view of the water. You can make many excursions from there and also visit beautiful beaches nearby. A German bakery would also be nearby - Bread Pete on Del Prado Blvd., unfortunately we never made it there in time. The contact with Monique was very good, we quickly got an answer to all questions. Also from Remy on site we were well looked after.

Caution, addictiveness of: - high feel-good character - always recurring - never want to go away again To put it in a nutshell, it just suits everything. Starting with the contact to the departure and beyond. There is nothing missing. The beautiful house is equipped with every comfort. The rectangular pool is the hit! Short ways, such as to the bakery, are very good to do by bike. An ideal base for exploring Siesta Key Beach, Sanibel / Captiva, the Everglades, Tampa, even Miami is superb from here. We spent three wonderful weeks in the villa casaBLUE. The house and the furnishings met our taste, here everything is just right and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. The location of the house in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, but also central, because supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are within a few minutes. The tropical garden with the palm trees is gorgeous and the pool area is completely south facing. Already in advance, the contact with the landlady was very uncomplicated and friendly. Conclusion: We liked it so much that - contrary to our original plans - we came back to Cape Coral in 2014 and again booked the villa casaBLUE.

After over a year of anticipation, it was finally time. The photos were already expecting a lot, but the personal impression was even better! The house, with its stylish decor and the great location on the canal have let us "come home" every day. We made many trips (eg Sanibel-Triller = highly recommended). But in the evening we were always happy to return to our great house. BBQ by the pool at sunset with jumping fish in the canal were just unbeatable. Thanks again to Monique and Mario for the great care before and during our vacation. The next Floridaurlaub goes back to CasaBlue !!!!!

For more than two weeks we were able to enjoy the beautifully located charming house with a large, beautiful garden. It was just a dream! When we arrived we expected a spotless, beautiful and modern furnished residence, which left nothing to be desired. Everything was in top condition. The best impression was made by the happy, big colorful pictures. We asked and learned that this artwork was painted by the owner herself. An extremely well-kept huge garden surrounds the house down to the saltwater canal. Everywhere palm trees and other tropical plants. Also, you always had the channel in view and was able to watch jumping fish in the morning and in the evening.

My daughter and I spent "Girl's Vacation" in Cape Coral from July 8th to July 20th. We chose the holiday home casaBLUE. When we arrived after a long journey to the holiday destination, we were greeted by a beautifully landscaped front yard in the entrance area. Curious and excited, we opened the front door, entered and felt immediately welcome and at home. A good bottle of red wine and a welcome card were ready for our arrival. This exceeded our expectations again. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and the bathrooms, modern with style, color coordinated, exactly our taste, yes, here we feel for the next two weeks at home. Garden area, pool, the view on the water, what more do you need to really relax, to feel good and to enjoy. All in all an absolutely successful and well-furnished holiday home that we can and will recommend to anyone. We would also like to thank Caroline, who greeted us personally on the following day of our arrival as well as on behalf of Mrs. M. Schweizer and was our direct contact person for any questions. We will be back next year and look forward to our summer holidays 2013.

We spent in the Casablue 2 1/2 great holiday weeks. The house we found just as it is shown on the Internet. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. The existing tasteful decor we felt very comfortable. Due to the existing circumstances the self-catering works great. Caroline welcomed us nicely and was open for every request and did this. In March we were lucky enough to be one of the first to visit this beautiful domicile after its renovation. The villa is a good size for a parent-child holiday and offers everything you need in everyday life. So you do not have to compromise. Even fishing, bicycles, books, CDs, crayons and all kitchen utensils and free Wi-Fi to the terrace are available. The decor is modern and rather European / Swedish ;-) We immediately felt comfortable, as the house inhabited by many small decorations and not like a sterile hotel room. The grill is great, he was allowed to prove it every night. With the prices for steaks in the USA I can only recommend this to anyone. Especially the Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce ;-) The one from the garage directly into the kitchen and can jump directly from the living room into the pool, completes the whole thing, but does not seem to be special here ;-) Finally, I can only say: Absolutely recommendable and if it turns out and we go out the holiday destinations, we will be back!

We were in March 2 weeks in the casaBlue and it has everything from arrival to the end everything fit. The answer of the landlord came immediately after our request and with the detailed description of the arrival and key acceptance, we arrived relaxed in our vacation home The next day, visit Caroline, the mediator, to bring us closer to the house and the surrounding area. At this point, many thanks again to Ms. Schweizer-Bult and Caroline. The house is decorated in white and blue and beautifully decorated. The location in a quiet, beautiful residential area, away from the mega rush in Fort Myers Beach, was ideal for us with a child. Since we traveled with a small child, we were also a lot "home" and enjoyed it very much, since the house offers everything, what is needed for a holiday!
