We spent 16 days at Villa Westview. To welcome a bottle of wine was ready. The house is well maintained and clean. Everything for daily needs is available. There are in addition to the normal towels and enough beach towels available. Walmart and Publix are within easy driving distance. The pool is cleaned every week and on request the temperature of the water is also adjusted. All in all we had very nice days in Cape Coral.

Dear CCVS team,
before we have German everyday life again, I want to give you a quick message about our past vacation in the Villa Westview:
The house and the grounds corresponded exactly to the description, everything was wonderfully clean and tidy (after 15 years Holiday house experience we can judge the good) and the slices scrubbed so clear, that in the first two days we would almost repeatedly run against the closed patio doors, because the difference to the open part was not recognizable :-))
The transfer took place on arrival and departure at the agreed time and was very friendly and efficient.
At first we thought, the orientation of the house to the west would be a disadvantage for much of the day, but already from 9 o\'clock you could drink your coffee on the \"boat deck\" in the morning sun and at 11 o\'clock at the latest it was also arrived in the pool area and until sunset available. We would have been annoyed if we had - as originally planned - moved into a house with southern exposure, because those had \"dark night\" from about 15h, as we could see in the neighborhood. This may be an advantage in the extremely hot summer, but now around the Easter time with temperatures between 24 and 28 degrees, the sun was not a disadvantage until the evening - and a shadow could still be found somewhere on the terrace.
All in all, a nice house (even if the decor does not match 100% with our taste - but you do not go on vacation) and recommend it without any drawbacks.
