The main house is designed around three separate pavilions on different levels, linked by enclosed bridges framing dramatic views.

With its typical West Indian woodwork, vaulted Indonesian style wooden shingled roofs, organic mix of natural stone, marble, wood and glass, burnt orange exterior, outdoor showers, stone and boulder enclosed pool in lush gardens, and beautiful art collection, this stylish house provides a great location for an exceptional Caribbean villa experience.

The handmade wooden door of the main pavilion opens into a 700 square foot, marble tiled sitting and dining area, capturing breathtaking 370 degree panoramas of the Caribbean Sea and Pigeon Island.

Zandoli has been featured on the USA TV series: Better Homes & Gardens in December 2004; By the Island Life TV Series in November 2005 and Elegant Resorts (UK) 2004.

Policy

Cancellation Policy:
25% deposit non refundable
75% refundable, if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before commencement of the rental. After that, no refunds will be made.

Christmas & New Year - minimum let of 14 nights + 10% Christmas supplement Rentals - Jazz Festival (May) - 5 nights minimum let
Rentals 15/12/05-14/04/06 - 5 nights minimum
Rentals - 15/4/05 - 14/12/06 - 3 nights minimum

All payments should be made by certified cheque, direct bank transfer, Visa mastercard, discover card, travelers cheques or cash. Personal cheques are not accepted.
