Deb & Tom Exum are both Florida natives and have a keen understanding of local history and places of interest in central Florida.
Deb is an accomplished musician and vocalist and writes jingles for radio and television. She enjoys writing all styles of music and will perform for guests upon request. Deb also has a corporate background serving as a former VP of Marketing & Sales in Higher Education. She enjoys interior decorating, bicycling, walking, gardening and cooking.
Dr. Tom Exum is a retired chiropractor and a former President of the Florida Chiropractic Association. Tom is now a full-time realtor with EXIT Realty in NSB. As a lifelong resident, Tom is passionate and knowledgeable about our wonderful beach town. Tom was a former college and pro baseball player. After a baseball injury, it was a chiropractor that got Tom back onto the field. That experience led Tom to Palmer Chiropractic College and ultimately his career as a chiropractor. Tom is an incredible cook, a nutritionist, and enjoys creating healthy new meals on the barbecue grill and in the kitchen.
