Charming 2 bedroom 2 bath home three blocks from the heart of Brevard, with covered front porch and one-car garage. One bedroom has a king and one has a queen. Both Bedrooms have cable TVs. Walk to restaurant, shopping, bakery and Brevard's Co-Ed Cinema. Close to grocery stores and Brevard Music Center. WiFi, washer, dryer, hairdryer, and all linens provided.
Brevard hosts biking, music and mountain music events throughout the year. The cottage is one block from the King Street music venue which hosts a variety of performers throughout the week. Art lovers will appreciate a number of galleries and food lovers will appreciate being able to walk to their favorite restaurants.
Hikers will be in hikers' paradise. We are close to Pisgah National Forest as well as DuPont Forest, and only 30 minutes to Panthertown Valley in the Toxaway area. We are five blocks away from Brevard Yoga and the Elements Spa.

Took an Uber from the airport to this cozy cottage and did not have to rent a car - everything in walking distance - house is perfect - Kitchen is equipped - was able to have a Thanksgiving dinner - turkey and all - for 10 people - fireplace was a bonus - as well as the outdoor fire pit - bathrooms are spotless and up to date - king sized bed and a queen in the other room - very comfortable - our daughter's visiting dog was right at home - curled up next to the fireplace. Mornings spent on the front porch sipping tea and waving to everyone going by - the food store is a two block walk - the house has sturdy grocery bags in the pantry for carrying back your haul - Fantastic brew pubs in walking distance with cornhole and firepits - and the friendliest people! Make sure you walk to the Underground Salvage Yard - two blocks away - the coolest stuff! We would not consider staying in another house - this one has everything you could possibly need and you get a whole house to relax in for the price of a hotel room -
Wonderful to walk into town and convenient to everything in the area. Neat as a pin and lots of nice touches including soft robes and fluffy towels. Enjoyed the front porch. Pat was great to deal with!
Came for a mini family reunion. Home was perfect for two couples. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Brief walk to downtown Brevard and most shops and restaurants. Pat was most helpful. Access was easy. No problems at all. Will return
great home away from home.. immaculate, well stocked, and really is only a three short block walk to town. It was so wonderful to walk our dog down to Marco's for dinner on the patio. We've been vacationing in Brevard annually for 14 years; sometimes 2x per year. As such we have stayed in many venues both commercial as well as residential in Brevard and nearby. The owners [Pat and Fred] have made their previous home located at 319 W. Probart street into a true home away from home. Close to everything [about 3 blocks to downtown] fully equipped with everything you will need [less food] so we can leave a bunch of stuff home for our return in the Spring of 2018.
