Description

Built in the last 2 years as the ideal vacation rental getaway, the cabin has lots of privacy with 4 bedrooms all with king size beds and private baths. Located on a 145 wooded acres, the setting is beautiful and one of our favorite spots is sitting on the huge screened in back porch on the swings sipping our morning coffee. It also has lots of room to gather in 3 separate areas; living room, family room and screened in porch.

Our guests are always calling with thank-yous, we always exceed expectations! The two upstairs bedrooms are like having double masters with king beds and large bathrooms with two person Jacuzzis and separate showers. The two downstairs bedrooms are extra large with room to spread out and have full baths also. There is also 2 sleeper sofas and a portable crib so you can sleep 12 plus a baby!

Policy

Policies:

  • Holidays not listed have an additional $50 charge per cabin per night, some holidays might have longer minimum stays. Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Presidents Day, Labor Day weekends and spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks.
  • Cabins have a $125 cleaning/linen fee.
  • Weekly rates are often 6 nights get the 7th free.
  • $10/night pet fee for approved pets.
  • Taxes are 11.6% of rental amount.
  • There is a credit card required for your damage waiver.
  • 50% of fees are due at booking to hold your dates, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.
  • We take checks, money orders, MC, Visa and AmEx.
  • Check in 4pm Check out 11am.
  • No check ins or check outs on holidays.
  • No smoking.
  • No discounts for multiple cabins.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Up to 60 days in advance of your dates, there is $100 relisting fee.
  • Between 59 days and 3 weeks, you forfeit first installment; within 3 weeks, forfeit full rental amount, unless we rebook and are able to consider further refunds.
