Very large main level deck with lakeview, large gas grill, patio table and chairs, and electric awning that covers the full length of the deck. Propane for gas grill on main level deck is included. Toddler picnic table is also on the deck for the little kids.
Lower level has pool table, barstools, large leather sofa, two chairs, TV and sliding glass door that walks out to large lakeview wood patio with four rockers to relax with morning coffee or watch the kids swim down at the boatdock. Awesome lakeview from lower level wood patio; also the perfect place for roasting marsh-mellows over the fire pit in the evening moonlight.
Lower level concrete side patio has small table and chairs to enjoy an afternoon beverage while you watch the kids climb around and go down the slide in the kid's play area.
House is child friendly and includes use of board games, chess/checkers table and lending library.
