A perfect all year round vacation home. Conveniently located just a short walk or bike ride (approx. 3/4 mile) from Boyne City's Main Street shopping and fabulous restaurants. Public access to Lake Charlevoix with a small beach is one block away; a public boat launch is a few hundred feet away; Young State Park is one mile away; and Boyne Mountain Ski and Golf Resort is seven miles away.

Ranch-styled home sits above the Lake Charlevoix shoreline giving you a relaxing view of a true Michigan treasure.  Very spacious and clean with an adjoining door to a second unit for families and friends vacationing together. A large private backyard is perfect for daily play and evening campfires. And, we have yet to see a mosquito!

A 25' x 25' great room, with a view of Lake Charlevoix, is perfect for a large gathering or families just needing extra room. This room was once a store front for a small business and has unique characteristics with a nautical theme.

Guests who have enjoyed their stay typically participate in outdoor activities and/or nearby attractions and appreciate a clutter-free home at an affordable price. We do not recommend our home to families with young children who need constant supervision or guests with physical limitations that prevent them from climbing steps.
