Lough Key House is a small but beautiful 200 year old Georgian Period house in Boyle, Co. Roscommon, Ireland. It is run by Frances McDonagh who now offers six appealing bedrooms to warmly welcome guests. It is the perfect place from which to tour the North West. All rooms are individually decorated and furnished with period furniture. Each has it's own almost luxurious bathroom with separate bath and power shower. Breakfast is a generous buffet of fresh fruits (e.g melon with grapes or strawberries, kiwi, blueberries etc) also stewed fruits (e.g rhubarb, plums, peaches etc). Orange juice is freshly squeezed in our kitchen. We also home bake brown or white soda bread and make our own jams and marmalades. |
Room rates including breakfast are €49 per person sharing or €55 for single occupancy in The Yellow, Blue and Red Rooms. |
