Dubbed 'the crown jewels of the Bahamas' these islands offer a unique retreat that is quiet and serene. The waters are astoundingly pure and the blues shine through unlike anywhere in the world. Many of nearby islands are uninhabited, free for you to land on and explore the pristine white beaches, collect shells and do anything you like.
Whether you like to just enjoy the comfort of the villa's facilities and its beach watching the sun set and rise in the ocean or go around exploring the land and the ocean adventurously, you will surely experience the vacation that is in every way unforgettable.
We gladly welcome every visitor and will cater to your every need from cooking to organizing trips around the islands. There are several powerboats available for rent along with access to a golf cart at a low cost, that lets you explore the area in and around the Black Point settlement and of course the sunfish boat!

AvailableThe villa is situated in a unique spot on the Great Guana Cay on a hill overlooking both the deep aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the shallow bright blue banks of the Exuma to the west. There's a beach and a gazebo right in front of the villa. Splash around in the safety of the shallow calm waters and be sure to try sunfish sailing! Check out our location on Google Maps to get an idea of the beauty of the surrounding area.
Just what we needed. A quite and beautiful Island. Definitely recommend the golf cart rental so you can explore the whole Island. If you are looking for internet I don't recommend; it was never strong enough-you can get it at the restaurants in town. We didn't have time for internet and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. If you are looking for smiling faces and beautiful scenery: Black Point is the place. Everyone on the Island is eager to see that you are enjoying your stay. Groceries are limited so we took ours from Nassau in coolers-it really would have been just as cheap to bring snacks and eat out in the 3 local restaurants! Groceries are very expenses. Over-all this is a vacation I will never forget! Absolutely Amazing!! If you stay in the Villas be sure to get Santos to be your guide for at least a day: We saw the iguanas', swam with the pigs, snorkeled in the cave were James Bond movie "Thunderbolt" was filmed (beautiful fish and coral) and got to pet the sharks!!! Black Point is a small island with big heart! Be sure to check with the local ladies to buy baskets, hats and homemade bread, especially the coconut bread-sooo good!
My family stayed in both of Henry's villas, including both sides of the duplex, immediately after the previous 1 star review and feel that such a bad review was unfair. We agree that the phone and internet service was not reliable, but so what, we were on vacation and trying to avoid those distractions. AMAZING...HENRY IS THE GREATEST! HIS HOME IS SO COMFORTABLE AND IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LOCATION ..WE HAD A AMAZING 10 DAYS..ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT TRIP BACK.. WE HAVE STAYED AT HENRYS TWICE AND IT NEVER DISAPPOINTS.. MARCOS AND SANTOS ARE SO ACCOMIDATING AND FRIENDLY..EVERYONE ON THE ISLAND IS SO FRIENDLY AND THE FOOD IS GREAT!
Ok I told everyone on my last review I would be back until 2016. Well I couldn't resist so we came back a year earlier. I can only say again what a true gem this place is. The owner Henry really makes it easy for his guests to truly unwind. His staff Santos and Marcos make everything so easy. The dining is wonderful at all 3 restaurants and the sites from all angles of this cozy villa are amazing. It is so wonderful I will be back in 8 long weeks to enjoy our third trip in one year. If you are truly looking for a quiet place to relax and get away from the stress call Henry and make the arrangements. One thing to know cash is a must but they do except credit cards. No American Express. Also you might want to have some groceries waiting for you if you can't pick some up in Nassau. Otherwise enjoy the trip. Don't forget to see Plain Bay while at the island. We rented both sides of Henry's vill (6 adults) for the week. The villa was well set up, clean and comfortable. The views from both sides of the porch were amazing and the gazebo at the beach was a great spot for both yoga and happy hour. The people in Blackpoint were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful day of snorkeling, lunch at the Staniel Cay yahct club, sand bars, and more.. A great reprieve from a long winter.
