This ocean front house is made up of small islands that are surrounded by lakes and connected by bridges. In the heart of Berchtesgadener Land, with fantastic mountain views, lays the "Stables Pfaffenlehen", situated in its own grounds and surrounded by woodland forest. The cross ventilated layout makes it ideal to enjoy the breathtaking tropical scenery from the outdoor terrace.

Stables Pfaffenlehen Home has a new fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. Fresh linens and towels are provided. There are air conditioned bedrooms, one has a king size bed, a full bathroom, TV set with cable and DVD player.

There's the beach, a mile long secluded sandy beach overlooking the Bavaria where you can enjoy activities such as jet skiing, kite surfing, surfing, windsurfing, snorkeling and, of course, relaxing if that's what you want.

Rates varying depending upon season and special rates apply for holidays and special dates.

This Stables Pfaffenlehen is a great place for couples looking for a romantic getaway and for families who love to enjoy the outdoors.

Policy

Local tourism tax 2,10 €/day for adults , 1,10 €/day for children and teenagers from 6-16 years. The guest card you get with the tourism tax includes several amenities including regional bus transfer free of charge
