Description

La Polvoreria is an old farmhouse surrounded by farm lands, that sits on the side of the Tenes river, just across from the village Bigues i Riells. This allows you to enjoy the quiet of the area and the convenience of being close to the major amenities.

The village has many small shops, most of them open on Sunday, among which we may point-out a traditional cooperative, with an oil mill and a wine press, with a large cellar were one may taste and purchase many of the specialties of the country.

The house is fully equipped with modern household appliances for your comfort and enable you enjoy your stay. One of the rooms is on the ground making it suitable for the elderly or disabled, whilst the others are on the first floor, accessed via a large staircase.

The large garden, (about 500m2), with its swing, barbecue and garage will help you and your children enjoy a memorable holiday in a nice and welcoming place.

Today it is a comfortable five double bedroom house with two bathrooms, an extra WC, a large and fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a living room from which a large staircase ascends to the four bedrooms on the upper floor. The fifth bedroom is a nice en suite room on the ground floor.

Policy

  • Minimum 25% to confirm the reservation, and 100% at the date of arrival.
  • Cancellations: 100% advance is returned if there is 60 days before the expected date of arrival. We reserve ourselves the possibility of being the deposit if the cancellation occurs the last 60 days if the house does not care. Do not return anything if no show.
  • Tickets will consider after 17 hours, and departures before 12 hours. However, possible variations depending on the needs of Mr. Customers.
