The farm set within 4 acres of land is surrounded by numerous villages, with pubs serving food, and even with this very rural setting you can be in the heart of Derby within a 10 minute drive and enjoy the shopping and nightlife that is available. Close by you'll find Crich Tramway Village Musuem, Carsington Water, Matlock Bath, Gullivers Kingdom, the scenic limestone dales of the southern Peak National Park: the country towns of Buxton, Bakewell and Ashbourne, country estates of Kedleston, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, and children will love the Midland Railway Centre, and the ever-popular Alton Towers.

Willow Barn and Meadow View are adjacent barns, set around a court yard with The Farmhouse and Sunshine Cottage on opposite sides of the court yard. Nestled in rural Derbyshire with rolling farmland all around. All of the properties have been tastefully renovated and equipped. Sunshine Cottage has been graded ECC 5 star Quality. It is suitable for very large groups as a combination of the properties can be booked together and offer delightful accommodation in this lively and attraction-rich region of Derbyshire.

Layout:
Ground Floor: The farmhouse style kitchen has an electric hob with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and separate utility room. There is a lounge with beams, inglenook fire place and wood burning stove, and a large table for all 14 guests to dine. From the hall way a downstairs bathroom and a twin bedroom can be reached.

First Floor: There are two double en suite bedrooms and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. The games room on this floor has a pool table, football and table tennis table, a variety of board games, TV and Video. Second Floor: One double bedroom with a lovely four poster bed and two twin rooms. There is a separate shower room.

Services:
Central heating, wood burning stoves in living rooms, (1 basket of logs supplied others can be purchased), ample parking, Free view TV/ DVD, stereo music centre with CD player, I pod docks, games room. Willow Barn has a patio with garden furniture and barbeques.

A £150 Good House Keeping Deposit is payable two weeks prior to your holiday at this accommodation.
Friday to Friday bookings are taken.
Short breaks taken throughout the year except Easter, Spring Bank, October Half Term, Christmas and New Year.
