And history flows as smoothly as the MacNean waters which keep flowing through this Inn with its own well.

Marble Arch Caves, Marlbank Scenic Route, Cuilcagh Mountain Park, Florencecourt House (Nat. Trust) Cladagh glen and Belleek Pottery are all closely situated around this panoramic setting. The scenic location of the Customs House is unrivalled.

Our visitor's book plays great homage to the ultimate Luxury of the bedrooms, the quality of food and the highly regarded friendly and efficient service. Superb comfort is the catchword in this luxury accommodation, which boasts 9 Ensuite rooms including two deluxe suites. Every attention is paid to detail from the Italian Marble in the Twin/Family rooms to the hand-made gold/pewter tiling in the suites.

Views of Lough McNean and the famous Hanging Rock are available in some of the rooms. All rooms are en suite and have Direct Dial Telephone, remote control TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities. The lift access to all floors makes life easier for the elderly, the disabled, those with children or with heavy luggage. So whether you are on a break, a business trip, or just passing through, The Customs House will not fail in providing you with complete comfort and relaxation.

Policy

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Reservation Deposit:
    • To make an online accommodation reservation you must: enter correct contact details and pay a non refundable deposit of 10% of the total package price.
    • This non-refundable 10% booking deposit will be debited from your card at the time of booking. In the event that the booking deposit cannot be debited from your card then such reservation shall be deemed null and void. The remaining charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid directly to Customs House prior to departure.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • The Customs House cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to noon GMT on the day of arrival unless previous cancellation terms have been negotiated. Non arrivals or late cancellations will be liable for the balance of accommodation charge for the first night of the entire booking. These charges will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing the booking. All rates quoted are fully inclusive of local taxes. There is no service charge.
    • The Customs House reserves the right to cancel this contract in the event of circumstances arising outside of our control. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change our information and descriptions.
  3. Arrival & Check Out Times:
    • The expected time of arrival is after 15.00 hrs. Please telephone reception in advance if arrival time is after 6.00pm otherwise room availability can not be guaranteed. The expected time of chect-out and room departure is before 11.00 hrs. Any alterations to these times must be arranged with the Customs House prior to arrival.
  4. Smoking Policy:
    • The Customs House operate a Non Smoking policy in our guest rooms. If smoking has been detected a £30.00 valet charge will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.
  5. Child Rates:
    • Children between 0-8 yrs share free, one child per adult, children over 8yrs are half price and children over 16yrs are charged full price.
