Beautiful restored Victorian 3 story home in a quaint town between Lock Haven and State College. Large enough to accommodate large groups or families. . Enjoy the spacious rooms with 12 foot ceilings and a 3 story open stairway.

There are 7 bedrooms:

One bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed.

The second floor has three bedrooms with king beds (three of the rooms have an additional single bed, and and one of the rooms has a pull out sofa in an adjoining sitting area) There is also a daybed in the hallway of the second floor.

The third floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second room has one queen and one full bed. There is also a set of bunk beds in the hallway of the third floor.

Enjoy the 5 acres of wooded area surrounding the property. You may even be lucky enough to see deer or bear.

Only 1/2 hour from Penn State's Beaver Stadium. Enjoy playing pool and weather permitting, the huge backyard. Bald Eagle State Park is only a 5 minute drive, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, biking hiking, fishing, etc.

50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

About the Owner

Shannon and I were born and raised in Lancaster County. I was raised on the 8th generation family farm that borders our house. As for Shannon, all her growing up years were spent on her parent's chicken farm only five miles down the road. So as high-school sweethearts, Lancaster County was all we ever knew until 2016 when God led us to teach at a Bible College in southern Indiana. Now with our seven children, we spend the school term in Indiana and come back "home" to Lancaster for the summer months. So when we're gone, our house is open for others to enjoy!!!

We truly enjoyed our experience working with Shannon and renting her family’s home for a weekend. Shannon was easy to communicate with and the home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back for our anniversary!
