This immaculate, exquisitely fully decorated 4 BR/ 4 BA vacation home is situated in one of South Carolina's premiere coastal golfing communities, the Sanctuary Golf Club on Cat Island in beautiful Beaufort, SC. There are also 7 different golf courses within minutes drive. The home is within approximately 60 minutes drive to either Charleston, Savannah, or Hilton Head Island.

Boasting double porches on the front and back, this home has hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor, which includes an open floor plan for optimal entertaining. The 52 in flat screen is visible from the living area, breakfast room and kitchen! The fully equipped, open kitchen has granite counter tops. There is also dining/ lounging space on the back porch, which is fully furnished and includes a gas grill. The breakfast area comfortably seats 6-10, and there is an additional formal dining area that seats another 4-6. This home is perfect for a crowd or a Paris Island graduation family!

3 of the 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor and each of them has access to a porch. Each bedroom is decorated for luxury and comfort. The master BR is large with a king bed and a 52in flat screen TV. It also has a comfortable sitting area for reading and relaxing. The master bath is very roomy and includes a soaking garden tub, expansive shower and access to the front porch.

Cat Island is perfect for any child or family member who enjoys walking or biking with complete safety. The delicious Cat Island Grill is just one block away! Cat Island is centrally located and is only 5 short minutes to downtown Beaufort, 10 to Paris Island, 15 to the beach, and 30 to the Tanger Outlets!

Visitors to Beaufort enjoy the lovely retail Bayfront downtown, filled with rich history dating back to the 1700's. Beaufort is the second- oldest town in SC after only Charleston, and boasts over 50 historic structures and restored antebellum homes. Horse-drawn carriages, fine dining, art galleries and a magnificent waterfront park also highlight the downtown area.
