Description

The rental is for the first floor of a duplex, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer/dryer, Central Air Conditioning, deck with table and chairs, 35' boat dock, Waverunner/Jetski Lift, High-Speed Internet Access using your own computer with a network connection or wireless (WIFI). There is a 32"HD TV in the living room and two of the bedrooms have 19" color TV's in them, all of TV's have cable, the one in the living room has a VCR and DVD player, there are also multiple movies and cartoons for kids for those rainy days.

Beach badges are provided for Long Beach Island.

Minutes to Long Beach Island, approx. 30 minutes to Atlantic City. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds in them, the third has 2 single beds and in the living-room there is a queen size sofa bed. No smoking is allowed inside please use outside deck. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and everything you would need just as if you were home. For those of you that enjoy outdoor cooking there is a Weber gas barbecue grill.
