Your rental includes lake access and 20 feet of dock space with a short walk (approx 200 yards and less then a 2 minute walk across the quiet country street). There is plenty of dock space for your boat and or canoes/kayaks. A beautiful town beach and picnic area is a short drive or walk from Cape By The Lake (approx 1/2 mile). Swimming is possible in your rented space. Our property has a vast outdoor space, perfect for camping and yard games. We have a large wrap around front deck and a very nice area for cooking out (outdoor gas grill provided). We have a seasonal firepit and plenty of campfire wood is available for $5.00 a bundle. |
